Pamela Aketch

Pamela Aketch is the Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Muhazi Heritage.

From inception of the Muhazi Sugar project, Pamela has been responsible for crafting the estate development and expansion strategy, and for overseeing the implementation of our cane field development operations, encompassing land acquisition, surveys and mapping of field layouts, land preparation, tillage, agronomy and field maintenance. She also oversees the deployment of our logistics teams and manages relations and engagement with the host communities, regulatory authorities, as well as the company’s customers and product offtakers.

Pamela is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Uganda Christian University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Kampala.

Pamela also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Revenue and Tax Administration from the East African School of Taxation.
