John Bosco Mukasa Kyasa

John Bosco Mukasa Kyasa is a member of the Board of Directors of Muhazi Heritage.

John Bosco is a business finance professional with significant experience in the sugar sector. He has practical experience in Project Planning, Management and Financing for new acquisitions, mergers, expansion and restructuring of existing businesses. He has diversified experience in analyzing projects with particular reference to medium and long-term financing.

For 20+ years, John Bosco has served in various roles at Madhvani Group of Companies, including initially as Project Officer/Business Analyst and more recently as Manager Projects Finance.

John Bosco has been variously tapped as a consultant to provide project appraisal, finance and investment advisory services to various banks, financial institutions and businesses in agriculture, agro-processing, hospitality, real estate, and other sectors.

Previously, John Bosco worked as a Credit Manager at Cairo International Bank Ltd, and as Principal Loans Officer at Uganda Development Bank.

John Bosco holds Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) and MBA degrees from Makerere University, and a Postgraduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Bradford.
