Dorothy Kabagambe Ssemanda

Dorothy Kabagambe Ssemanda is a member of the Board of Directors of Muhazi Heritage.

Dorothy is the Chief Executive Officer of ATC Uganda Limited, a subsidiary of American Tower Corporation.

Dorothy is a seasoned finance executive and management professional, with 16+ years of experience. She is skilled in Capital Budgeting, Budgeting, International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), Business Planning, and Auditing. Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer, Dorothy served as Finance Operations Manager, Regional Treasury Manager and Chief Finance Officer. 

Previously, Dorothy served as a Business Planning and Analysis Manager at Airtel Uganda, and as a Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Dorothy holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University and a Master of Business Administration from Edinburgh Business School. Since 2014, she has been a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.
